Rob Haertel, CPA, MBA, JD
President, CEO and founder of Tax Accounting Company of America, TACA Mortgage, Xtraordinary Realty and Rob Haertel Inc.
Rob has over 40 years of experience in mortgage, real estate and tax consulting. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant, (CPA), real estate broker, Primary Lending Manager and Life and Health Insurance agent.
Rob graduated from Brigham Young University in Financial Management, from the University of Utah with his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and from Concord Law School with his Juris Doctor (JD). He has been an adjunct professor at DeVry University and Keller Graduate School of Management.
Rob uses his broad experience and knowledge to advise real estate agents and investors in the technical and practical aspects of federal taxation as well as helping small businesses increase profits by navigating the complex tax laws. He loves to do tax planning and strategizing to save his clients’ money in taxes.
Rob speaks fluent Spanish and loves to work with the Latino community. He and his wife Ann have 5 children, 22 grandchildren, 3 dogs and a cat.
Michael Townsley
Michael Townsley spent 6 years in the Investment Banking industry as a stockbroker with E.F Hutton & Company. During his time there he was asked to be the life insurance office coordinator and financial planning coordinator. As a result of this experience, Michael aligned himself with an prestigious independent life & health insurance agency in West Texas where he spent the next 3 years of his work experience.
In 1993 Michael accepted a Director position with a career college and spent the next 15 years in administrative positions running two different career colleges as a Campus President. Ultimately he accepted a position as Campus Director for DeVry University in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Most recently Michael has renewed his life & health license and is excited to again provide clients with qualify life and health alternatives. He is committed to always do what is only in the interest of his clients and providing them with appropriate product options from quality carriers.
Michael and his beautiful wife Donna are the blessed parents of four wonderful children and two awesome grandchildren.
